  • How often do you have to clean a roof?

    After a roof wash, you can expect your roof to remain clean for up to 4 years. However, this can vary drastically based on factors like humidity and shade. 

  • What is Soft Washing?

    Soft washing is a popular alternative to power washing. It is a process of using cleaning solutions and soaps to gently clean your exterior surfaces rather than using dangerous high pressure washing.   This is the service we provide to clean your roof and siding.

  • Will Pressure Washing Damage My Siding?

    The simple answer to this question is yes, pressure washing can and in many cases will cause damage to your siding. This is one of the main reasons why we choose to offer Soft Washing which is a much safer and more effective way of cleaning your siding.   


    We will not Pressure Wash any concrete that is less than 2 years old.  Newer concrete can be etched when pressure washed.

  • How long does it take to clean house siding?

    A typical 2 story house takes us normally anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours depending on the size and difficulty of the property. 

  • What kind of precautions are you going to take to protect my home?

    We take great care to not damage your plants or exterior furniture.  We also cover all of your key holes and exterior electrical outlets to prevent any internal corrosion.
